Week of September 21 - 25, 2020:
Lessons and Activities for the Week for At Home Learners:

Monday- Who are the people who help us at home? Discuss who is important to you and why (e.g., friends, relatives, mail carrier, building super, neighbors). Draw pictures of these people.

Tuesday- Have your child use blocks, recyclable materials, or any household items to build buildings they are familiar with such as those they live in or visit often.

Wednesday- Look at a cookbook, read the recipes, and pretend to make them. Children might like to look for recipes you know your family likes or things you think your family might like to try.

Thursday- Have your child create pictures of your family, or someone they love.

Friday- Let children explore their features in a mirror. Have them discuss what they see. Encourage your child to look carefully at themselves and draw what they see.
